Finding balance: We often seek psychotherapy because something in our lives—perhaps the way we feel about ourselves, our relationships, or our work—is out of balance. We might also turn to therapy when we are having trouble dealing with overwhelming stress. All of these situations may result in symptoms such as depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating and a myriad of other problems. Psychotherapy is about regaining equilibrium in our lives.
In an atmosphere of acceptance and trust, we will work together not just to alleviate your symptoms and discover solutions, but also to find greater meaning in your life. I believe we each have an innate healing potential that is waiting to be discovered. Together, we will find yours.
I am currently accepting mental health professionals seeking supervision but am not accepting individuals for analytic work at this time.
